currently, i would suggest that we first meet briefly and settle on a topic (and make sure we understand the question), then go for lunch and talk about it a bit, and then return to a blackboard and actually try to solve it

it is important that the conversation happens in such a way that everyone learns something and nobody is excluded -- this is supposed to be an occasion where we can talk about all possible questions.
